Exposition "Quand l'objet du quotidien devient Pop Art"
From May 11 to July 02, 2022
Julien Gudéa is a graduate of the National School of Fine Arts in Paris, and grandson of a line of artists.
His work is a sensitive reformulation of design. Through everyday consumed and consumed objects, the artist re-invents Pop Art. Its volumes with an industrial look and yet entirely designed by hand represent the ordinary. The pleasure of discovering a work by the artist does not lie in its sole contemplation, but also in this impression of duality which resides between the functional aspect of its study and the poetry of the astonishing twists of the dynamic forms of each of its colored objects. , without counting on the oversized enlargement of his sculptures.
