A unique tradition!

The votive festivals follow one another from spring to autumn. Respect for tradition means that the course is almost always the same. In the morning the inhabitants meet in the meadows where the bulls will be sorted by the herdsmen and then brought to the village. When the bulls surrounded by horses arrive in the village, it is called an abrivado . In the afternoon, the Camargue race takes place in the arenas and in the evening the herdsmen bring the bulls back, in the opposite direction, in the streets of the village, it is the bandido.

Do not hesitate to listen to the villagers who will tell you to put yourself behind the barriers when the bulls arrive from the meadows in the village (abrivado) or when they leave (bandido) .
