From seed to can

It is on living soil that Pierre and Eléna grow various fruits and vegetables in Gallician, in order to prepare them in the form of jars and sweets.

As cooks and confectioners, they offer a whole range of canned vegetables, from tomato sauce with basil to ratatouille, from aubergine caviar to pepperade...

Their fruit is used to prepare jam, fruit paste, meringuette, and for other sweets, such as chocolates, pralines, nougatine, which they prepare with ingredients selected according to their locality and production method.

La Ferme Auberge

To spend a pleasant moment around a meal, we welcome you to our farmhouse inn in the middle of the vegetable garden with our vegetables and local ingredients on your plate.

To come and eat, we welcome you on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at noon as well as from Friday to Sunday evening from may to october.

Reception of the public

For jars and sweets, you can come to the mas Bourgarel by appointment.

Chocolates and pralines are only available for Christmas and Easter.

We can welcome groups of 10 to 30 people for a tasting, a visit, a seminar, or other events.
