A unique place in Le Cailar!

Marie and Jean-Élie welcome you to a unique place in Le Cailar, Le Mas Les Hourtès. Historically, the property belonged to Bernard de MONTAUT-MANSE (born in 1893- died in 1958), French lawyer, poet, Félibre of the Provençal language and herdsman, then to Jean Lafont, illustrious herdsman.

 

Activities : visit to the ranch , branding, cattle sorting, demonstration of Camargue bullfighting and a meal of local specialties. Large arena made of Gard stone.

Additional services : room rental (laupio, outdoor shelter and large reception hall) for all types of events, summer Camargue evenings, winter country breakfasts, meals, weddings...

Visit to the Hourtès arboretum .
