Description:
The gîte "L'Amandier", with a surface area of 71 m2, can accommodate up to 5 people. This duplex apartment is adjoining the owners' farmhouse, and offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.
- 1st floor : living room with dining area, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet.
- 2nd floor : two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with bunk beds (90 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), as well as a toilet and a 20 m2 solarium terrace to enjoy the Camargue sun.
Additional information:
- Air conditioning and mosquito nets installed on doors and windows for optimal comfort.
- 300 m2 paved courtyard, secure communal swimming pool (8.5mx 5m) with whirlpool, and multi-sports play area for children.
- Parking space behind the rental.
- Dogs allowed on a leash in the shared courtyard (except in July and August).
