A unique sensory experience !

Located halfway between Nîmes and Montpellier, Domaine la Bergerade and its 30 hectares of vines in the Costières de Nîmes appellation overlook the Petite Camargue and its ponds. In 2021, Jean-Pierre and Virginie bought Clos des Américains, breathing new life into it and renaming it Domaine La Bergerade.

The entire vineyard has been restored. All the vines are now cultivated with the greatest respect for the terroir, and will be certified Organic in 2024.

Benefiting from a very good southern exposure, our soil of rolled pebbles with a clay base reveals the identity of the wines from the most southerly vineyard in the Rhône Valley. Optimal sunshine, the cleansing Mistral wind and the humidity generated by the nearby Camargue ponds enable us to produce exceptional wines thanks to this microclimate and exceptional terroir.

Open all year round, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Weekends by appointment. Cellar tour and tasting.
