Welcome to this 60m² village house on three levels, accommodating up to 4 people. Designed for comfort and practicality, it's ideal for family holidays, a stay with friends, or a business trip.

Layout:

• Ground floor : bright living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, modular dining table, lounge with convertible sofa.
• 1st floor : master bedroom with double bed (160 cm), bathroom with bath and double sink, separate toilet.
• 2nd floor : bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined into a double bed (180 cm), bathroom with shower and toilet.

Additional information:

• Bed linen and towels are provided.
• Baby cot, fitted sheet and playpen available on request.
• Fan in each room, in addition to air conditioning.
• Small, clean dogs accepted with an additional charge.
• Free public parking 1 minute away.
• Located in a very quiet alley,
• Short stays possible (min. 2 nights).

• 5 minutes from the A9 motorway (Gallargues-le-Montueux),

• 18 minutes from the beaches: Le Grau-du-Roi, La Grande-Motte.

On foot, shops and services nearby: restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy, artisanal grocery stores.

A children's playground is a 3-minute walk away.
