The Camargue Gardoise, a designated "Grand Site de France"
The Maison du Grand Site de France – La Marette, on the edge of the cycle path, route du Mole is a resource space to discover the heritage of the Camargue gardoise and the Grand Site d'Occitanie.
You will find there,
- a competent team to assist the public in organizing visit projects in the Camargue region of the Gard department
- a rich museum display on the history, management, and protection of the territory
- a country shop with selected products
- A trail open depending on the time of year (please contact us)
Welcoming the public: Individuals and groups
Open from the beginning of February to the end of September, Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closed on public holidays.
Annual closure from the beginning of October to the end of January, except for groups by reservation at 07 57 76 69 79.
Free access but voluntary contribution of €5 to participate in the maintenance of the grounds.
