A domain steeped in history!
We offer a tour of the cellars and grape varieties of our estate with an oral presentation of the history of the Hivernaty estate and the Mas Saint-Blancard which belonged to the former co-founders of the Red Cross.
This estate, dating back to the 17th century, is managed by Julie, the great-niece of the renowned Camargue cattle breeder Fanfonne Guillierme , who will share the story of the " Grand Lady of the Camargue ." A tasting of IGP Pays d'Oc wines, produced from the lands of Aimargues and Le Cailar, will then be offered in our cellar.
