Property of the Jean-Pierre Rambier family, winegrowers for 5 generations, Le Mas du Notaire decided to do high-quality and thus takes the greatest care at all stages, the vine cultivation is traditional and reasoned: short size, frequent plowing, thinning and leafing ... Harvesting is done by hand and in crates to avoid handling the grapes. A first sorting of the grapes is carried out on the stump, a second is then carried out in cellar.

The Mas du Notaire wines are regularly awarded medals and referenced in several guides (Dussert-Gerber, Gilbert et Gaillard, Hachette, 1000 wines of the world). The Mas du Notaireoffers a full range of wines (rosé, white, red).

Groups welcome by appointment up to 200 people.
