It was in 2017 that Ollivier, with the support of his wife Véronique, launched into the restaurant business. Le Père Casse Croûte is a restaurant located in the center of Vauvert, close to Place des Halles, the city's central square where the market takes place on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
