Its specialty is Italian cuisine with its traditional Saltimbocca and its pizzas cooked over a wood fire (evenings only) which you can enjoy on site or to take away.

The restaurant is open for lunch from Tuesday to Friday and for dinner from Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Description
Located in the center of Vauvert , Le Madisson has managed to preserve a Provençal and authentic aspect through its Gard stone architecture.
Hélène has taken over the restaurant since 2003 and welcomes you in her large, tastefully decorated room.
Takeaway pizzas, in the evening only.
Possibility of privatizing the restaurant from 30 people.
