Friday ,   Camille, the daughter of Thierry, the owner and manager, prepares a Graulenne rouille whose reputation among the locals is such that it is only served by reservation.

Description

Located in the center of the hamlet of Gallician , in the heart of the Gard Camargue , the Café du Center is run by a former raseteur and manadier Thierry FELIX , well known in the country.

The restaurant has a small shaded place for eating outside on sunny days.

You will find parking nearby, and for cyclists the Vauvert-Gallician Greenway and the Eurovélos 17- ViaRhôna and 8-La Méditerranée à Vélo towards Aigues-Mortes departing from the Port de Plaisance.
